KENOJUAK ASHEVAK: LIFE AND LEGACY

The College Art Gallery at the University of Saskatchewan presents the national touring exhibition of Kenojuak Ashevak: Life and Legacy. Cape Dorset artist Kenojuak Ashevak (1927-2013) was part of a pioneering generation of Arctic creators. She enjoyed an illustrious international career and continues to be recognized as one of Canada’s pre-eminent artists and cultural icons.  The exhibition of these never-before-seen drawings which inspired some of Kenojuak’s most emblematic prints, continues until 17 April 2020.
